All RF-Link's products carry manufacturing 12 months repair/replacement warranty from invoice date.
D.O.A. period is 30 days from invoice date.

Domestic Shipping, USA

For 48 contiguous states of US, all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service unless specified.
All orders will be shipped freight prepaid by customer.
All orders with available quantity in stock will be shipped within 48 hours.
An email notification will be sent when shipment leaves RF-Link's facility to destination.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. origin. Additional insurance may be purchased by written confirmation.

International Shipping

All international orders must be prepaid by either T/T or L/C.
RF-Link will ship anywhere in the world where UPS and/or USPS delivers.
RF-Link will email customer with actual shipping charge of UPS and/or USPS prior to process customer's order. No order will be shipped out before a written approval is obtained.
Due to various Customs regulations, there may be interference in some countries; RF-Link will not be responsible for loss with Custom's confiscation.
The recipient is responsible for any Customs fee, taxes and duties imposed foreign orders. RF-Link will not be responsible for any regulations or restrictions.
RF-Link will not issue a refund if the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back.
All international orders are shipped F.O.B. origin.
