New 2.4 GHz digital wireless baby /surveillance system will
be added to RF-Link product lines in Q3, 2009.
Fremont, CA. - RF-Link/Araneus USA (www.rflinkusa.com)
is running final test on a 2.4 GHz digital baby /surveillance
system. Unlike other 2.4 GHz analog wireless surveillance devices,
the advanced digital technology does not interfered by 2.4 GHz
cordless phone, wireless network devices, or microwave oven, its
transmission range is much longer and the picture/video quality
is also much clearer. During a field testing conducted by our
selected integrators, the system has received a very positive
feedback. RF-Link plans to phase in the product before Q4 this
year, and aiming for the Christmas shopping season. All product
spec. and pricing information are not yet available.

New 5.8 GHz/IP wireless surveillance camera/server will be added
to product lines in early 2009.

camera/server will be introduced to public in early 2009. All
wireless IP cameras are restricted by the bandwidth when it sends
the image to server; therefore, lagging image always occurred
and complained by the users. In order to distinguish itself from
other competitors in the market, RF-Link has developed a wireless
IP camera by using RF 5.8 GHz to transmit uninterrupted streaming
video and audio from camera to server. The new developed surveillance
system is currently in pilot run, and shall be available by Q1,
2009.
