Warranty
& Policy Thank
you for giving us an opportunity to serve you, we want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase, please review the following RMA policy for all terms and conditions
which are in effect:
- All
RF-Link's products carry 24 months original manufacturing's warranty from invoice
date.
- All
returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return.
- All
RMA number is valid for 15 business days, any returned package must be received
by RF-Link within 15 business days after issuance, and with freight prepaid (non-refundable)
by customer. Any unauthorized or invalid RMA return will be refused at customer's
expense.
- RF-Link
will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit; we do recommend
that items be shipped back by UPS or insured parcel post.
- D.O.A.
only applies to direct purchase from RF-Link.
- D.O.A.
period is 30 days from invoice date.
- D.O.A.
RMA request must be made within 15 business days after invoice date, full refund
will only be issued after defective verified by RF-Link.
- No
refund will be issued for any request outside of D.O.A. period. RF-Link will make
its best effort to repair or replace for any defective product.
- A
20% restocking fee will apply on all items returned for any reason other than
malfunction or incorrect shipments.
- All
RMA return must be in its original condition, RF-Link reserves the right to charge
customer for any missing or damaged accessories, software, warranty card, and
user manuals.
- No
cross-shipment will be made on any product for any reason.
- Warranty
does not cover any mishandling by customer.
